How to Return

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions
- Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products for a different item of equal value. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Electrical items must be returned with all accessories
