Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery across South Africa typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is R90 per order. Free delivery on orders over R500.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth and more.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Yoco and PayFast, including Visa, Mastercard, and all major SA banks (FNB, ABSA, Capitec, Standard Bank, Nedbank). Instant EFT is also available.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Yoco and PayFast — two of South Africa's most trusted payment gateways.

Are your products high quality?

Every product is hand-picked by our team for durability and effectiveness. We only stock tools we would use in our own homes.

Do products come with a warranty?

Yes, all electrical products carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us at trendorasainfo@gmail.com for any warranty claims.

Returns

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
